We’re excited to invite you to the BYU Data Science and Actuarial Career Fair this fall. This is our second time hosting the event, after a fantastic inaugural fair last year. It will take place on Wednesday, October 1st in the Hinckley Center on BYU campus.

The fair will run from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a free lunch from 12:00 to 1:30 PM where students and employers can connect more informally.

Who Should Attend

We welcome all organizations connected to data science and actuarial work—whether you're currently hiring or attending to share insights about career paths and industry opportunities. Both types of participation are valuable to our students. To help students navigate the fair effectively, we’ll ask during registration whether your organization is actively hiring or attending in an informational capacity, and we’ll share that distinction in event materials.

Cost

Info sessions and other events

We anticipate the career fair will replace most/all of the info sessions. If you would like to host an additional event please follow the instructions here. If you have any questions, please contact recruiting@byu.edu. If you hold an event before the fair, we ask that any offers not expire until at least a week after the fair.
